FAQs

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

1. Are Carrier Cozy®s only for cats?
Of course not!  Cats are more often carried in hard carriers, but many other pets are transported that way too!  Small dogs, birds, reptiles and more!  We are an equal opportunity company and love ALL pets.

2. Are Carrier Cozy®s only for travel?
Absolutely not!  Many of our pet friends like to sleep in their covered carriers at home!  Since it's private and cozy, they are happy to curl up and relax.  And remember, they are closer to the ground, so the temperature at their level can be significantly lower than the temperature that we feel.  By covering the carrier, they won't feel drafts, especially if their carrier is close to a door.

3. How do I BUY a Carrier Cozy®?
Please visit our ONLINE STORE to browse our various Cozys and find the one that's best for you and your pet.

4. Where can I buy a Carrier Cozy® OFFLINE?
Right now, we are not in any stores.  However, we are hoping that will change sooner rather than later!  As soon as we make it into retail stores, we will let you know.  In the meantime, you can keep up with us by checking our Event Schedule.  Come say "hello" and introduce yourself!

5. What size do I need for my carrier?
We currently make 4 different size Carrier Cozy®s: Small, Medium, Large (previously called Medium Plus) and X-Large (previously called Large).  Please check out our Sizing Page for more information on determining what size is best for you.  If you are having trouble figuring it out, please contact us for assistance.

6. What material is best for me?
That depends on how you will use your Carrier Cozy®.  If you live in a colder climate or are using it in the cooler months, we would recommend a quilted or flannel fabric.  However, if you are using it solely for privacy, to make your carrier more attractive or even for just shading your pet, a lighter fabric is great.  It's really up to you!  Contact us with more questions.

7. How do I care for my Cozy?
Due to the range of materials and small parts that we use, we recommend hand washing and hanging to dry.  Machine wash and dry at your own risk.
